Growing Forward™ is a year-round cause marketing campaign developed for companies in the produce industry to align with Feeding America® through a shared commitment to help fight hunger and provide more fresh fruits and veggies to food banks nationwide.

Who is Feeding America and how do they work?
For 35 years, Feeding America has responded to the hunger crisis in America by providing food to people in need. What began in 1979 as a clearinghouse for national food donations is now the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization—a powerful and efficient network of 200 food banks and 60,000 local food pantries and meal programs serving those in need in all 50 states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. Today, the Feeding America network feeds 46 million people at risk of hunger, including 12 million children and 7 million seniors2.
The Feeding America network provides more meals to children, families and seniors than any other charitable organization, providing more than 3.3 billion meals to people in need each year. As the fourth largest charity in the United States3, Feeding America is a highly efficient organization that invests 98 percent of all donations directly into programs and services that reach people in need.
Feeding America’s mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger.
How will the product donations be distributed?
Each partner will work with the Growing Forward and Feeding America teams to help provide fresh fruits and veggies to those in need in our communities and nationwide. Feeding America and its member food banks will work closely with Growing Forward sponsors to coordinate logistics for donations and distribution.
